On 16th October 2025, Ilaria Fornacciari delivered a guest lecture titled A Scanner Darkly: Machine Vision and Emotional AI in Artistic Practices in the course Digital Art Histories Today: from AI to the Web Archive (DU2417) at the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University.

The course introduces digital humanities methods in art history, focusing on AI, digitisation, and computational image analysis, and critically reflects on their methodological and ethical implications.
